My new bedroom, please help?

I cant decide on how to decorate it its a plain rectangular room with one window i have a plain twin bed with no headboard, a dark brown almost blavck piano, a black and white ballet barre, a wrap around desk, and a small shelf thing that i can paint. I really want a room that i can relax in, with an artsy/indie sort of feel to it, i really love this room, http://www.pbteen.com/gift/thm/thmgrl/thmgrlliv/ but sadly i have a small budget. so i need your help colors to paint, decortations to make/buy, any bedding you can find, anything will help, i will choose a best answer, btw, im a 16 year old girl
