What can we do individually to change societies views unhealthy diet?

Do you think a hundred years from now, employment schemes will be seen extremes in much the same way that Elizabethan ideals of beauty to fall root hair of women, Victorian belts at the waist, while internal organs are damaged or not working, or foot binding. These are all models of beauty that endanger the health and functioning of women. Overeating is also a problem, but this was not the problem.
